Loïc Bonneval

Loïc Bonneval is a sociologist and assistant professor at Lyon‑2 University. He is part of the Modes, Espaces et Processus de Socialisation (Modes, Spaces and Processes of Socialization) team at the Centre Max Weber (UMR CNRS 5283). His work focuses on real-estate professionals and housing markets, from both a sociological perspective (Les Agents immobiliers : pour une sociologie des acteurs des marchés du logement, Lyon, ENS Éditions, 2011) and a sociohistorical perspective (L’Immeuble de rapport : l’immobilier entre gestion et spéculation.
