Renee Tapp

Renee Tapp is an Urban Studies Foundation postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Urban Planning and Policy at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her work focuses on the relationship between finance and cities. She is especially interested in tax incentives and capital markets, property rights and law, and land-use politics.
