Elizabeth Strom

Elizabeth Strom is an associate professor in the School of Public Affairs at the University of South Florida. Dr. Strom has published widely on tourism, urban development, and affordable housing issues. Dr. Strom holds a Ph.D. in political science from the City University of New York (CUNY; 1996), a master’s degree in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT; 1985), and a B.A. from Swarthmore College (1980). She also serves as the co‑leader of the Florida chapter of the Scholars Strategy Network.
