Olivier Legros

Olivier Legros is an Associate Professor of Geography at the University of Tours. He is a member of the research center, UMR CITERES 6173 (CNRS University of Tours) and of the Urba-Rom network (http://urbarom.crevilles.org/), which includes, researchers, professionals and grassroots organizations interested in policies regarding the Roma/Gypsies in European cities. The discussion in this article draws on a series of inquiries led in the “integration villages” in Seine Saint Denis in 2009.
