David Guéranger

David Guéranger is a researcher within the LATTS (Laboratoire Techniques, Territoires et Sociétés – “Laboratory for Techniques, Territories and Societies”) research unit (Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée) and a lecturer at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He is a member of the editorial committee of the journal Revue internationale d’urbanisme, the author of L’Intercommunalité en questions (2008, Paris: La Documentation française) and co-author, with Fabien Desage of La Politique confisquée. Sociologie des réformes et des institutions intercommunales (2011, Bellecombe-en-Bauges: Éditions du Croquant). His research interests include, from a historical perspective, decentralisation reforms and the government of local institutions.
