During the Covid-19 health crisis, cyclist numbers increased significantly in urban areas. Public authorities responded by creating new temporary cycling infrastructure in cities. Here, using photographic evidence, a team of researchers analyzes the implementation and long-term consolidation of this tactical cycling urbanism.
