Janoé Vulbeau

Janoé Vulbeau is a PhD candidate in political science at Rennes‑1 University, within the Arènes joint research unit (UMR CNRS 6051). His research focuses mainly on the city of Roubaix (in the conurbation around Lille, in northern France) where he is working to produce a socio-history of urban policies.
