Jean-Baptiste Traversac

Jean-Baptiste Traversac is an economist and an engineer at the French National Institute of Agronomic Research (INRA; UMR 1048 SAD-APT AgroParisTech, “Proximités” team). His research concerns the reorganisation of food production systems in the Paris region and in other areas. He has recently published a number of works and articles on short food-supply chains and territorial governance.
