Gretchen Susi

Gretchen Susi works in cities across the USA on program development, implementation, and evaluation in the field of youth and community development. During her time as co‑director of the Aspen Institute Roundtable on Community Change, she initiated the Roundtable’s efforts to implement strategies for promoting social and racial equity. Much of her research focuses on public housing and racial inequality, and she is the author of numerous publications and reports on these issues.
