Celina Su

Celina Su is the Marilyn J. Gittell Chair in Urban Studies at the City University of New York (CUNY), where her academic, pedagogical, and creative work focuses on everyday struggles for collective governance, centering economic democracy, and racial justice. Her new book Budget Justice: On Building Grassroots Politics and Solidarities (2025) is available from Princeton University Press.
