Rafael Soares Gonçalves

Rafael Soares Gonçalves is a jurist, historian and urban planner. His history thesis, Les favelas de Rio de Janeiro. Histoire et droit. XIX–XXe siècles (Paris‑7 Diderot University) was published in 2010 by L’Harmattan. He is currently a lecturer at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC‑Rio).
