Stephanie J. Silverman

Dr. Stephanie J. Silverman is the co‑editor of Immigration Detention: The Migration of a Policy and its Human Impact (London: Routledge, 2015) and author of numerous articles and book chapters on the incarceration of migrants and asylum seekers. She is the Bora Laskin National Fellow in Human-Rights Research at the University of Ottawa, and an Adjunct Professor in Ethics, Society, and Law at Trinity College, University of Toronto.
