Deborah E. Popper

Deborah E. Popper is visiting professor at Princeton University and professor emerita at City University of New York’s College of Staten Island and Graduate Center. She coedits FOCUS on Geography. Her research has sought new development paths for urban and rural places undergoing demographic, economic, and environmental decline.
