Juliane Pegels

Juliane Pegels, Dr.-Ing., MSc in Urban Planning (USA), holds a Diplom and a doctorate in Architecture from RWTH Aachen University, and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University, New York. She has worked on the “STARS – Urban Spaces in Fields of Tension. Plazas, Parks, and Promenades Between Public and Private Activities” research project, taught urban design at several universities, and is now pursuing urban research and design as a partner in stadtforschen.de, an office community for research, organization and communication relating to urban planning.
