Luca Pattaroni, PhD in sociology, is a research faculty at the Urabn Sociology Laboratory (LaSUR) of the Federal Polytechnical School of Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. He is also affiliated to the Groupe de Sociologie Politique et Morale (Institut Marcel Mauss, EHESS) and he is co-director of the onine journal EspacesTemps.net. Following his work on squatters’ communities, urban policy, social work and the relations between autonomy and responsibility, his current work focuses on the realtions between the city, pluralism and justice (habitat, urban conflicts, critique and subjectivation).
