Arnaud Passalacqua

Arnaud Passalacqua is a professor of spatial development and urban planning at Paris Est Créteil University, a lecturer at the École d’Urbanisme de Paris (EUP; Paris School of Urban Planning), a member of the Lab’Urba research unit, and an associate member of the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire des Énergies de Demain (LIED; Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Tomorrow’s Energy) research unit. His research focuses on long-term analysis of mobility-related issues from the standpoint of a number of transversal concepts: public space, innovation, transnational mobilities, imaginary contexts, energy, etc. He works on both historic themes and contemporary issues (such as carbon/mobility rationing and fare-free public transit).
