Marie Mourad

Marie Mourad is a PhD candidate at the Centre de Sociologie des Organisations (Center for the Sociology of Organizations) at Sciences Po Paris, where her work focuses on combating food waste in France and the United States. She has published articles on this subject in Gouvernement et Action Publique and the Journal of Cleaner Production.
