Ivana Mellers

Ivana Mellers is a PhD candidate in sociology at the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center. She studies immigration, consumption, labor, and social movements. Her dissertation research examines Latinx small food-business founders’ survival strategies in the Covid‑19 pandemic in New York City.
