Marie-Hélène Massot is a professor at the new École d’Urbanisme de Paris (Paris School of Urban Planning) and a member of the Lab’Urba research unit (based at the Descartes Campus in the new town of Marne-la-Vallée, east of Paris). She is co-coordinator of the “Transport et Mobilité” speciality and “Transport, Mobilité, Réseaux” programme within the two-year master’s degree offered jointly by EUP and École des Ponts–ParisTech. An economist by training, she works on day-to-day transport practices and the ways in which these are changing in modern society.
