Bruno Marot

Bruno Marot is an urban planner and housing consultant. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he holds a doctorate in urban policy (from McGill University, Montreal, Canada) and is a research associate at the IFPO (Institut Français du Proche-Orient – French Institute of the Near East). His areas of expertise include the issues of financing, planning, and ensuring the governance of urban development, real estate, and affordable housing, in France and internationally, where he collaborates with UN‑Habitat and AFD (Agence Française de Développement – French Development Agency). He is also a member of the technical secretariat of the research program on social housing sales in France (2020–2023).
