Paula Macé Le Ficher

After working for five years in the field of urban development project management, Paula Macé Le Ficher completed a PhD in urban planning on the rising importance of food issues in the production of the contemporary city (2023). Her research focuses on the changing links interconnections between urban planning and food systems, with respect to stakeholders, representations, and professional practices. Her work concerns both the historic dimension of these interactions and the ways in which they currently feature in various urban projects in France.
