Martin Lozivit

Martin Lozivit is a geographer and project coordinator. Following two years as a project manager at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD; French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development) in Benin between 2017 and 2019, he is today the administrator of Réseau Bretagne Solidaire (RBS) a regional multiple-stakeholder network promoting international solidarity and cooperation in Brittany, in western France. His work focuses on issues of access to digital resources and basic infrastructure through the use of low-tech solutions.
