Annel Hernandez

Annel Hernandez is the Resiliency Planner for the New York City Environmental Justice Alliance (NYC‑EJA), where she focuses on climate-policy issues and local advocacy including promoting coastal resilience and renewable energy in climate-vulnerable communities. Annel previously worked with the Earth Institute’s Urban Climate Change Research Network and the NYC Mayors Office’s Center for Economic Opportunity, and she received her MPA in Energy and Environment from Columbia University.
