Aly Hassell

Aly Hassell is a master’s candidate in the Department of Urban Policy and Planning at Hunter College, City University of New York (CUNY), focusing her study on housing and community organizing. Other areas of interest include environmental and food justice, urban politics, and participatory democracy. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication and French Literature from Rutgers University. She lives in Brooklyn.
