David Gouard

David Gouard is a lecturer in political science at the University of Toulouse‑2 Jean Jaurès. His research focuses on electoral behavior and politicization. He is currently working on the primaries for the French presidential election and on the electoral participation of EU nationals living in France. His publications include La Banlieue rouge. Ceux qui restent et ce qui change (Lormont, Le Bord de l’Eau, January 2014) and “Le vieillissement des électeurs communistes à l’épreuve des vicissitudes du communisme municipal”, Lien social et Politiques, no. 79, 2017, pp. 155–174.
