David Gouard

David Gouard is an assistant professor of political science at Toulouse‑2 Jean Jaurès University and a member of the CERTOP research unit (Centre d’étude et de recherche Travail–Organisation–Pouvoir – Research Center on Work Organizations and Policies; UMR CNRS 5044). His work focuses on voting behavior and politicization. He is currently studying the use of voting and eligibility rights by EU foreign citizens residing in France, and his recent publications include a paper co‑authored with Thibault Courcelle and Camille Kelbel titled “Trouver sa voix. Parcours vers l’inscription électorale des citoyens européens étrangers résidant en France” (L’Espace Politique, no. 53, 2024).
