Coline Ferrant is a PhD candidate in sociology at Northwestern University and Sciences Po Paris (Observatoire Sociologique du Changement – Sociological Observatory of Change). Her PhD thesis is titled: “Global Food, Local Life: Food and the Logics of Daily Practice in Chicago and Paris Neighborhoods.”
