Cédric Feriel

Cédric Feriel is an assistant professor in contemporary history at Rennes‑2 University (within the Tempora research unit; EA 7468). He is currently conducting three research projects. The first concerns the construction of international urban issues in the 20th century and the network of experts working on these issues. The second examines the political and social uses of the notion of “urbanity” in the second half of the 20th century. The third and final project seeks to experiment with different ways of approaching urban history in the digital humanities, and in particular within the “Inventer le Grand Paris” (“Inventing Greater Paris”) research group.
