Davia C. Downey

Dr. Davia C. Downey is an associate professor of public administration at the University of Memphis. Her teaching and research experience include urban politics and government collaboration, federalism, race and ethnicity studies, disaster politics and policy, and local economic development in the United States. Her research has been published in Urban Affairs Review, the American Review of Public Administration, the DuBois Review, and Economic Development Quarterly.
