Julian Devaux

Julian Devaux is a sociologist and an associate researcher at the Laboratoire Ville, Mobilité, Transport (LVMT) mixed research unit (UMR 9403). His research focuses on adolescence and associated forms of socialization on the one hand, and on the mobility and residential practices of individuals living in rural areas on the other. His recent publications include an article on rural teenagers and social differentiation titled “L’adolescence à l’épreuve de la différenciation sociale. Une analyse de l’évolution des manières d’habiter de jeunes ruraux avec l’âge” (Sociologie, no. 4, 2015).
