Alizée Dauchy is a PhD candidate at the Institut d’Études Européennes (IEE; Institute of European Studies) at the University of Saint-Louis, Brussels, and a member of the Euro-African network Migreurop. Since 2017, her work has focused on questioning the processes of externalization of European migration policies. Her research focuses specifically on the law against migrant smuggling and the biometric control of mobility in Niger.
