Henri Briche is a PhD student in political science (within the Triangle laboratory; UMR CNRS 5206) and a researcher for the association VIGS (Villes Innovantes et Gestion des Savoirs – Innovative Cities and Knowledge Management). He is currently completing his PhD thesis, which focuses on policies implemented to boost residential attractiveness in Saint-Étienne in France and Detroit in the United States, while also conducting a study into the effects of fare-free public transport in Dunkirk in northern France (2017).
