Sabine Bognon

Sabine Bognon is a doctor of geography and spatial planning. Her PhD thesis focused on the transformations of food supply chains in the Paris metropolitan area. Her subsequent work has focused on the socio-ecological trajectory of the food supply system in Normandy, and on the theoretical frameworks of urban planning and development.
