Andrés Besserer Rayas

Andrés Besserer Rayas is studying for a PhD in political science at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). He has a BA in international relations from El Colegio de México, and an MSc in democracy and comparative politics from University College London (UCL). He is a Fulbright scholar.
