Margot Abord de Chatillon is a PhD candidate in urban sociology and mobility at the LAET research unit (Laboratoire Aménagement, Économie, Transports, or Planning, Economics and Transport Laboratory) at the ENTPE engineering school (École Nationale des Travaux Publics d’État, or French National School for State Public Works) in Lyon. Her thesis focuses on cyclists’ repair practices in urban environments, via an approach based on comparisons between Lyon and Melbourne. Her fields of interest include materiality in urban mobility, and public space.
